Prussia nodded. ”That doesn’t seem like much of a change,” he said. ”But if that’s what you felt would do it, who am I to say any different? My change consisted of locking myself up in my house instead of seeing people I knew from my past to try and go back to the way things were.”
He leaned forward, looking outside for a moment before looking back to Feli. ”Would you want to get out of here? Even if you just came back for your job, you could just follow me to my place,” he shrugged. ”I mean, I know we just met, but clearly I’m not going to hurt you, and what have you got to lose? Besides,” his lips twitched into a smile. ”You’re the first good company I’ve run into.”
Feli fidgeted with the cup in his hands. He had a lot stock piled into his home here. He had a son, who he wasn’t getting too much time with.. He had friends, who had lives of their own..
The stranger seemed so… enticing. “.. Si.. I think I’d like to get out of this place.. very much.”
